Gus Cawley a licensed CPA in Georgia and Ernst & Young alumnus. Gus began his recruiting career with Robert Half International in 1998. Gus was ranked #1 for “permanent” recruiting revenue for the Southeast Region after his third month, and continued to lead the region for the next three months until being promoted to Division Director of Management Resources.
After leaving Robert Half, Gus created and sold Invesearch, a multi-million dollar financial recruiting firm specializing in the placement of top tier accounting candidates. In January 2003, he founded The LawStaff Group which was then complemented by the addition of The Staff Financial Group upon the expiration of a non-compete agreement with Invesearch.
